Juventus Superstar Paul Pogba Returns To Custom Laceless Adidas Boots
Update 01/01/16: Paul Pogba returned to Juventus' training wearing the custom version of the almost completely blackout Adidas Ace PureControl Boots that he debuted against Fiorentina on December 13 after he was spotted wearing Puma evoSPEED Boots in late December 2015 in Dubai. We still wait for an official announcement from any brand about Pogba's boot future (We expect that there will be clarity soon).
Since he debuted a modified blackout version of the Adidas 16 PureControl Football Boots in mid-December 2015, everything indicated that Pogba would join Adidas. And while he has been wearing the Adidas Ace PureControl Cleats in all remaining fixtures of the year, the new picture now brings even more uncertainty in the case.
Paul Pogba Spotted Wearing Puma evoSPEED SL Boots
Paul Pogba x Puma evoSPEED.
While the picture of Paul Pogba wearing the Electric Blue Puma evoSPEED Boots is anything but from a perfect quality, there are three things that make it extremely interesting. First, the picture was taken this week. Second, it shows Paul Pogba. Third, Pogba is wearing evoSPEED Boots. What could this mean?
The first and most likely option is that Paul Pogba has taken no boots with him to Dubai and was forced to get a pair of football boots to indulge in his hobby. The second and and less likely option is that Paul Pogba is set to join Puma. But that's rather unlikely as Paul Pogba's Boots are neither the newest colorway and also look exactly the same as the standard version of the boots.
However, as the year comes to an end, we expect that there will be finally clarity in Paul Pogba's almost endless boot saga when he will play his first match of the new year (that will be very likely against Hellas Verona on January 6).
Adidas, Nike or Puma? Which brand do you think Paul Pogba will join in 2016? Let us know in the comments below.
