Flamengo Launches 16-17 Commemorative Kit

Celebrating its history of success in different sports - Flamengo is the Brazilian club with most world cup titles - Flamengo and kit supplier Adidas today launched a commemorative jersey that will be used throughout the 2016-17 season.

This is the special kit launched by Adidas and Flamengo.

Predominantly dark, the new Flamengo 2016-2017 special kit comes with red brandings and sees the Adidas stripes placed on the shoulders. Further red details are present in the form of the sleeve cuffs of the new Flamengo 2016-17 shirt, which is combined with shorts and socks in the same style and color.

Meant to represent the five continents, the new Flamengo 16-17 commemorative kit features subtle detailing in five different colors.

"We are proud of the Flamengo's history and with this shirt we want to praise what the club is for Brazilian sport, all athletes and the glories conquered on the pitch, in courts, swimming pools, gyms and lanes," says André Xavier, Product Manager at Adidas Brazil.
