Updated Brazil 2016 Olympics Kits Revealed
Update: Brazil's kit worn in the 2016 Olympics is slightly different to the jersey shown off ahead of the 2016 Rio Olympics (logo comes without the lettering Brazil and the famous Olympic Rings).
Today, the Brazilian football federation has unveiled the 'new' home and away kits the national team will wear during the Olympics next month. Brazil will kick off its quest to win a first Olympic gold medal in football on home soil on August 4 against South Africa.
Brazil Home and Away Kits for the 2016 Olympics
Generally identical to the regular 2016 Copa America home and away kits, the new Brazil 2016 Olympics home and away jerseys feature the logo of the Brazilian Olympic team for the first time - in the past Brazil used to wear shirts without any logo before simply utilizing the Brazilian flag and the iconic Olympic rings in 2012.
The Brazil 2016 Olympics home kit is yellow with subtle green detailing on the sides and around the back of the collar. Predominantly blue, the 2016 Olympics Brazil away shirt features raglan sleeves that are slightly offset in color, a white Swoosh and garish yellow trim on the sides and around the collar.

Nike Pure Swansea 26-27 Kits Released
Marking their highly anticipated return to the Cymru South, Welsh side Swansea University FC have officially unveiled their new kits for the upcoming 2026-2027 campaign.
Supplied by Nike through teamwear specialists Direct Soccer, the new release provides the university team with a sharp aesthetic as they prepare for life back in the second tier of the Welsh football pyramid.
The standout of the release is the eye-catching away shirt, which boasts a vibrant mint green base. The front of the jersey is defined by a thick, solid black central vertical stripe, perfectly flanked by thinner black pinstripes running down the length of the torso. A clean white crew-neck collar and matching white Nike Swoosh add a crisp contrast to the design. The home kit is bright orange.
Neymar to Retain Brazil No. 10 Shirt for 2026 World Cup
The debate over Brazil’s most iconic shirt number has been officially settled ahead of the 2026 World Cup. It has been confirmed that Neymar will retain the famous No. 10 jersey for the upcoming tournament in North America.
Following a lengthy period away from the national team due to injury, questions had naturally arisen regarding the future of the prestigious shirt. During Neymar's prolonged absence, the Brazilian No. 10 was shared among the squad's other attacking stars. Both Vinicius Junior and Raphinha have donned the historic number in recent international fixtures.
Despite their growing influence and status within the Seleção, both players have willingly stepped aside out of respect for the veteran forward. Highlighting the squad's unity on the matter, Vinicius Junior openly addressed the situation, stating clearly that the shirt "obviously belongs to Neymar."
Earlier rumors suggested that Neymar might adopt the No. 13 jersey.
Do you agree with the decision to keep Neymar in the No. 10 shirt, or was it time to pass it on to a younger player like Vinicius Junior? Let us know in the comments below.
