Barcelona star Neymar and Brazil teammates trained for the first time ahead of Rio 2016. And while it was not only Neymar's first training session after the summer break, it was also the first time that he wore his signature Nike Hypervenom Neymar x Jordan football boots pitch after he previously used the white and multicolor Nike Hypervenom cleats from the Radiant Reveal pack.

While Neymar's previous football boots boasted a stunning white and multicolor design, his new Nike Hypervenom Neymar x Jordan boots are mainly black with white logos and red details, while they zig-zag pattern is grey.
In terms of customization, Neymar's new boots are identical to what he has been wearing for almost one year now. Whereas Nike already released two colorways of the Nike Hypervenom II cleats with the upper of the first generation of the silo, Neymar's boots are still entirely based on the Nike Mercurial Vapor X.
However, while Neymar started the training session wearing his signature Jordan edition, he switched to the old Nike Hypervenom Radiant Reveal boots at the end of the training.

The Rexona logo remains largely hidden during regular play but becomes clearly visible whenever a referee raises their arms to signal a free kick, award a penalty, or issue a card. This placement perfectly matches the deodorant product being advertised, resulting in a memorable piece of marketing on the sport's biggest stage.
While this specific placement has caught the attention of fans during the 2026 tournament, it is not entirely unprecedented. A similar concept was previously executed in Brazil, where Avanço deodorant sponsored the armpits of Corinthians.
