How Nike Changed the Motion Blur Pack Before Launch
Just a few days ago, Nike officially presented its latest football boot collection, dubbed the Motion Blur pack. But avid followers of this site quickly noticed that the released cleats, from Hypervenom to Tiempo, didn't quite look like what was leaked in the buildup. So what exactly happened here?
Nike Motion Blur - Prototypes vs Final Takes
Below you can see the initial designs of the Nike Motion Blur pack, via @outfitter.official.
Basically, whereas the earlier prototypes of the Motion Blur football boots from Nike featured gradient Swooshes that combines black with white, the final versions have solid black Swooshes. In fact, it seems that it was the initial design with its "blurred" brandings that inspired the name of the collection.
Funnily enough, more than one store showed pictures of the gradient Swoosh boots to commemorate this week's launch. An oversight that can be blamed on the fact that these retailers often receive prototypes to take pictures of months before the official release.
Which of the two, ever so slightly, different designs to you prefer? Drop us a line below, and check out the latest leaks in the Boot Calendar.
