Toulouse Forced to Wear Nike Kits After Joma Kit Clash
Ligue 1's Toulouse had to act swiftly yesterday after the referee deemed the club's pink change uniforms, produced by Spanish brand Joma, as too similar to host Montpellier's navy home kits. In the end, Toulouse bought a set of all-white Nike teamwear kits at a nearby store and went on to play the game in them, winning 1-0.
Toulouse Goes All-White
Below you can see the all-white Nike Toulouse kit in action.
To be specific, the teamwear unis used by Toulouse in yesterday's game are Nike's Park model, in white with black Swooshes. Apparently, there was no time to mask the Nike logos, or to add Toulouse badges or sponsor logos, with only the official Ligue 1 numbers and sleeve badges appearing on the jersey.
