VfB Stuttgart to Give Away Thousands of Kits
German 2. Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart want to spin off the professional team in order to generate fresh capital, similar who clubs like Bayern München who already outsourced their club to be open for investors and the 'ensure the future of the club'. Therefore, there will be a special members vote as part on an Extraordinary Member Assembly on June 1 2017 to decide if the professional team will be outsourced.

VfB Stuttgart Gives Away Free Kits to Members Who Take Part in Extraordinary Member Assembly
After the club already announced that every member who will participate in the Extraordinary Member Assembly would get one drink voucher and one food voucher, the German 2. Bundesliga club today said that every member will get a free kit if they go to the Extraordinary Member Assembly on June 1, 2017.
Main sponsor already declared that they would acquire 11.75 percent of the shares for 41.5 million Euro, which would be shortly in the VfB account if the members would vote for the spin off. The company value resulting from such a payment for VfB Stuttgart would amount to more than EUR 350 million.
It is expected that around 6,000 fans will o to the Extraordinary Member Assembly.
