West Ham United 17-18 Away Kit Released

English Premier League club West Ham United today launched their away kit for the 2017-18 season. It is the same kit West Ham's Italian defender Angelo Ogbonna accidentally revealed two weeks ago.

Umbro Head of Marketing Jason Fairclough said: "The 2017/18 season sees the reintroduction of the famous running diamond to Umbro's kits. First introduced in 1977, it was an iconic staple to Umbro kits for decades. Forty years after its first introduction the taping now returns as a visual statement."

This is the new West Ham United 2017-18 away jersey.

Combining the main color black with turquoise blue applications, the new West Ham 17-18 away kit is the first-ever black West Ham United away jersey in history. It comes with a turquoise blue monochromatic version of the club crest.

West Ham United captain Mark Noble said: "It's a really smart kit! I like the dark-colored kits and you can wear this one with a pair of jeans as easily as when you are playing football with your mates."

The West Ham United 17-18 away kit features Umbro's classic diamond pattern and a Union Jack motif harking back to the Club's origins as Thames Ironworks FC.

Black shorts and socks, both with blue applications, complete the new West Ham 2017-18 away kit.
