Special-Edition Everton Goodison Park 125 Years Kit Released

Everton's Goodison Park saw its first Everton game almost 125 years ago, on 2 September 1892, to be exact. Celebrating this amazing anniversary, Everton today released a special-edition jersey that will be worn in Sunday's friendly against Sevilla in the legendary stadium.

Inspired by the classic Everton jerseys, the top is blue with a polo collar and a retro club crest.

A ‘Goodison Park 125 years’ motif is present on the back of the neck and 1892 is subtly stitched on the bottom of the left of the Everton Goodison Park 125 Years shirt.

White shorts and navy socks, both kept as simple as it gets and in line with the traditional inspiration, complete the Everton Goodison Park anniversary kit.

Everton captain, Phil Jagielka, who celebrated his own landmark anniversary of 10 years with the Club last month, said: “Goodison Park has been home to so many special memories for me and my family throughout my time here.

In addition to the kit, a full apparel collection was revealed as well. Currently available to pre-order, all items will go on sale on 2 September.
