'Black / University Red' Nike Flyknit Ultra Fire Pack Boots Revealed

The Nike Flyknit Ultra football boots has received a Fire pack update in black and red. This colorway is set to be launched together with a black and turquoise one for the Ice side of things.

Nike Flyknit Ultra - Black / Black / University Red

This is the black and red Nike Flyknit Ultra soccer cleat from the Fire pack.

A similar look to the initial two colorways, the Black and University Red Nike Flyknit Ultra Fire pack boots feature understated Swooshes along the sides with only the borders colored in together with a metallic iridescent sole plate. A subtle 'Flyknit Ultra' logo is embossed on the outstep of the model, while the heel tab shows a 'Mercurial' writing and the Italian flag.

A preview of what's to come with the all-Flyknit Nike Mercurial Vapor XII next year, the Nike Flyknit Ultra 2017 football boots have a one-piece Flyknit upper with horizontal ridges similar to those seen on Vapor 11 and Superfly 5. The sole plate with its chevron-shaped studs is the same used on the regular Mercurial models.

Nike Flyknit Ultra - Features

  • One-piece Flyknit upper with textured speed ribs
  • 3D Speed Plate
  • Embossed speed ribs provide ball awareness and control
  • Nike Grip system to keep foot from slipping inside the boot.

Likely to be another limited-edition launch with 1,500 pairs expected to be available, the Fire pack Nike Flyknit Ultra boots will be available at Nike and select retailers. The RRP is USD 250 (GBP 200, EUR 250).
