It looks like Aston Villa will shortly present a new third kit to be used in addition to the already known home and away kits of the 2017-2018 season. It's made by Under Armour and features Unibet as main sponsor, just as the aforementioned two.

This is the Aston Villa 2017-2018 third jersey.
The Aston Villa 2017-18 third shirt is predominantly white with claret trim on the collar and cuffs. The UA logo on the right chest is also claret.
Aston Villa’s club badge is placed on the left chest, with the black Unibet logo, centered underneath, completing the design.
White shorts and socks complete the Aston Villa 17-18 third kit.
