Better or Worse? Nike Heavily Updated 'Dark Grey / Total Orange' Boots Ahead of Late January Release
It had already been expected and now we can confirm it: between the first leaks and the release (which is imminent now) Nike has made big changes to the designs of the boots from its next football collection. In particular this affects the Hypervenom and Tiempo, which we want to take a look at now to see how the two styles compare.
The colors themselves have not changed, but the boots from the collection look a whole lot different nonetheless. Whereas their dark grey base was initially paired with bright orange plates and Swooshes, the brandings are now black with a white outline.
In the case of the Tiempo, the iridescent effect used on the Flyknit in the back was dropped entirely, in addition to the aforementioned changes made to the Nike brandings. Both boots look totally different now, and the jury's not out yet on whether the changes where made for the better.
Let us know which look you prefer in the comments below, and stay tuned for the more pictures of the complete pack in the near future.
