Amad Diallo to Join Nike?
Amad laced up the latest Nike Mercurial Superfly 11 "Break 'Em" boots during the recent "Roses rivalry".
Earlier in pre-season, Amad raised eyebrows when he laced up in a pair of blackout Adidas X Speedportal boots, supplied by boot specialist @soccersupplier_.
As the 2026–27 campaign got underway, the Ivorian international switched to an all-white Adidas F50 colorway. Blackout/whiteout boots are commonly worn by high-profile players during contract renewal negotiations, or when testing unreleased boots. Since he wore old Adidas boots in the pre-season, every sign now points to his contract with Adidas having officially expired.
During his time at Atalanta and his early days at Manchester United, Amad was a dedicated fan of the Nike Mercurial Vapor 13 and 14 series before eventually signing with Adidas.
