The England 2018 World Cup goalkeeper uniform is yellow with black and green, based on the new Nike template.

This is the new Nike England goalkeeper jersey (kids' version).
The England 2018 GK shirt is yellow with orange sleeves and a green graphic print running down the arms. A bit of black is present as well, in the form of the Swoosh and a tape on the back collar.
Oddly enough, the star above the crest is green to mirror the sleeve graphic.
