Iniesta Receives Special-Edition Nike Magista Boots for Final Game with Barcelona
Iniesta will play at the Camp Nou for the last time on Sunday. His sponsor Nike has created a pair of special-edition Magista Opus boots to celebrate this special match.
A clean look, the cleats are predominantly white with blue and red brandings and gold text details that refrence key dates from Iniesta's career.
The Iniesta boots have the date of the ‘29-10-2002’, the day he debuted with the first team against Brugge, and the ‘20-05-2018’, the date of his last game at the Camp Nou and as an FC Barcelona player.
Iniesta will have played 674 official game and won 32 trophies, which are printed in gold letters. The infinity symbol, created by the Club, will also be on the boots. 'El éxito es la suma de pequeños esfuerzos repetidos día tras día' (Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day after day) is printed on the sole plate, which is blue with a red stripe in the center.
Let's hear your thoughts on the boots in the comments below.
