Comeback: Nike Lunar Gato II 2019 Indoor Boots Released
Update: The boots are now available to buy.
Almost two months sooner than expected, Nike today confirmed the return of the iconic LunarGato II indoor football boots after they were shelved in 2014. Combining dark grey and red, the first Nike Lunar Gato 2 2019 boots will go on sale on February 18.
The LunarGato II soccer shoes will be headlined by Portuguese futsal legend Ricardinho, who has been named Best Player of the World six time - more than any other player.
“I’m really happy to see the boot back again. The best moments in my career happened while I was wearing these,” Ricardinho says. “My style on pitch is fast, and these boots are perfect to stop and start. The Lunar sole feels very responsive and helps me while braking and changing pace. My whole foot feels grounded and the stability is great.”

A clean look for its debut, the new Lunar Gato shoes are predominantly dark grey with red accents in the form of the laces, the lining around the collar and on the inside, as well as the Swoosh. The sole unit is white in the back and translucent at the front.
Tech-wise, the 2019 Nike Lunar Gato shoes are entirely the same as the ones that were discontinued almost five years before. They feature a Lunarlon midsole and a super-soft goat leather upper for the front part. The rear is made out of more durable, less stretchy synthetic materials and additionally features mesh panels for improved breathability.

Adidas Germany 'Alternate History' 1992 Collection Leaked
Update - Friday, May 22, 2026: Thanks to our follower @Julifu90, we have an image of the t-shirt of the Adidas Germany EQT 1992 retro collection. It is set to be released in the coming days.
We have the first image of a unique new Adidas Germany retro jacket, showcasing an intriguing new approach from the sportswear brand.
While the design instantly evokes strong nostalgia for the 1990s, this upcoming release is actually an "alternate history" creation. Despite its highly authentic vintage appearance and period-accurate details, this specific track jacket never actually existed in the official Adidas catalogues during the 1990s, making it a brand new addition to their retro-focused lifestyle collection.
To achieve this convincing old-school aesthetic, Adidas has utilized their classic 1992 template as the structural foundation for the design. The garment features a vibrant green base that heavily nods to Germany's traditional away kits of the era. The colors of the German national flag are cleverly completed on the sleeves through large geometric blocks that also recreate the 3 stripes.
The same jacket will also be released for Spain and other Adidas national teams.
