Panathinaikos to Sign Kappa Kit Deal to Replace Nike

Panathinaikos will switch from Nike to Kappa according to reports in Greece.

Having already worn Kappa between 1993 and 1995, Panathinaikos' new deal with the Italian brand will reportedly run for an initial two years.

In addition to supplying sporting material for all Panathinaikos teams, Kappa will pay a sum of money, a welcome change compared to the Nike deal.

Panathinaikos joins the likes of Napoli, Betis and Sassuolo in Kappa's ranks, which are set to also include Monaco starting next season.

During its first two years with the brand, Panathinaikos won the 94-95 league as well as the cup in both seasons.
