Pink has been used as color for football kits ever since football as known today became a sport, with several English clubs wearing pink jerseys in the 1860s and 1870s. The first Juventus kits in history have been pink until the club switched to their today famous white and black stripes, and there are several other clubs that have been using pink for the soccer jerseys until today. We take a look at some of the best pink football kits in history.

Many of the world's most famous teams went pink in the past years, with Manchester United the latest big club to wear that colors. And while the pink Man Utd still splits opinion, it is already a classic as it was worn in some epic matches such as the Champions League miracle comeback against PSG.

There is only few famous teams whose home colors are pink today - Cerezo Osaka from Japan and Palermo from Italy. Palermo has been using pink as home color since 1907, giving the color its only home where it was used for over a century in professional football.
