Adidas Slam Manuel Neuer For Wearing Champion Hoodie

Adidas have commented on Manuel Neuer's following a press conference appearance yesterday where he turned up wearing a hoodie produced by US brand Champion.
Following his injury, Neuer announced that he hoped to make a return for the penultimate game of the Bundesliga season, against RB Leipzig on 11 May 2019.
He did this wearing a Champion hoodie, despite having signed an exclusive contract with Adidas.
"As a contract player of Adidas and as a player of FC Bayern, Manuel Neuer is encouraged to wear Adidas products," Adidas spokesman Oliver Brüggen told German daily BILD, adding: "We will discuss the case with the club and player."
The whole situation will probably be solved amicably, since it's the first time Neuer has done something like this, but it's worth to remember that there were tensions between Adidas and Bayern for similar issues before. Both Mario Götze and Robert Lewandowski famously wore Nike tees for their presentation press conferences at the club after joining from Dortmund in 2013 and 2014, respectively.

Hammarby 2026 European Kit Released
Swedish Allsvenskan side Hammarby IF has officially unveiled its new 2026 European kit. Produced by sportswear brand Craft, the jersey will be worn during the club's upcoming UEFA Europa League qualification campaign.
The launch of the European shirt follows the release of the club's regular 2026 home and away kits earlier in March, which feature a subtle jacquard pattern inspired by the waves of the Hammarby Sjö waterway.
