New Tottenham Stadium - Intriguing Facts
Tottenham's Stadium received a fitting inauguration as the Spurs comfortably beat Crystal Palace 2-0.
Capacity
With a total capacity of 62,062, Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium is the third largest to be only behind Wembley and Old Trafford, and even surpassing the Emirates Stadium which sits 60,260 people.
Cost
As it seems to be quite usual for mega-projects, the costs for Tottenham's new stadium exceeded expectations. After an estimated amount of 400 million Pounds in 2017, the construction costs skyrocketed to mind-blowing 850 million Pounds.
Legacy
To cope with the White Hart Lane's legacy, the stadium was partially built on the old ground. Therefore, the club somewhat maintained the essence of neighborhood.
Facade
The stadium has an external facade with panels in grayscales and glass. The outer area gets illuminated with LED technology at sunset to create a special vibe at nighttime.
Merchandise
It has a special area for the club's merchandise which occupies 2973 square meters, the largest stadium store there is in Europe.
Digital
There are four LED screens, one in each corner of the stadium and 325 square meters large. Additionally, there are 1800 LED TV's within the stadium.
The Goal Line Bar
The Goal Line Bar is located below the South Stand, is the longest in all of Europe with 65 meters and serves beer out of its own beer factory. As a gimmick, the beer gets poured from under the cup.
Multi-Purpose
As part of an agreement with the NFL, Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium will host American Football matches from time to time.

FC Luzern 2026-27 Away Kit Released
The new FC Luzern 2026-27 away kit has been officially released. Made by Erreà, the shirt will be worn during the club's 26-27 Swiss Super League campaign and follows the release of their 125th-anniversary home kit earlier in May.
The Erreà FC Luzern 2026-27 away shirt draws inspiration from one of the city's most representative architectural landmarks, the Jesuit Church. It features a sophisticated tone-on-tone ornamental pattern that runs discreetly across the fabric. A striking blue vertical stripe, enhanced by a subtle golden trim, runs down the center of the shirt, paying homage to the club's traditional colors and adding a touch of elegance to the overall design.
The new Erreà FC Luzern 2026-27 away jersey successfully connects the club's local heritage with a contemporary aesthetic. The kit is currently available to purchase through the official club store.
