No Fakes - Sevilla Defender Carriço Wears Two Stripes Adidas Predator Boots In Sevilla Derby
If you watched yesterday's highly interesting Derbi sevillano between Sevilla FC and Betis, you might have noticed that Sevilla FC defender Daniel Carrico was wearing a strange pair of Adidas Predator 18 football boots.
Closer Look | Daniel Carriço Wears Adidas Predator 18.1 Football Boots With Two Stripes
Daniel Carriço was wearing the classy white, red and black Adidas Predator 18.1 football boot that was released last year. However, his left boot did not feature Three Stripes but just Two Stripes. His right boot, however, featured the correct number of stripes - three.
It was by far not the first time that Daniel Carriço was wearing these Adidas Predator 18.1 football boots with just two stripes on the left boot. He has worn them for several weeks already.
The condition of Daniel Carriço's boots, the fact that he is using old-gen Adidas Predator boots and the Two Stripes suggest that Carriço is without a boot contract currently. So there should be no problem for him with Adidas because of his boots.
Funnily enough, Daniel Carriço's Two Stripes boots reminded us of the pictures of fake Adidas boots offered online, and of Dutch legend Johann Cruyff, who refused to wear the Three Stripes on his Netherlands kits.
