Pep Guardiola Joins Puma
Puma today announced that Pep Guardiola has joined Manchester City in agreeing a long-term partnership with Puma.
In July 2019, Puma released the first Man City home, away and third kits of the partnership at the beginning of July. It is nothing unusual for Puma to sign personal deals with players / managers of a club. Guardiola joins Sergio Aguero and David Silva on Puma’s roster of brand ambassadors.
I'm happy to join the @PUMA family, like my friend @JohanCruyff, the most influential person in my career

Pep Guardiola Signs Personal Deal With Puma
Guardiola has signed a personal deal with the sportswear brand, which enhances its relationship with the Club, following the launch of that partnership earlier this month.
The individual agreement will see the City boss endorse Puma products both on and off the pitch, whilst he will also work with Puma Football to develop future clothing and footwear.
Pep Guardiola will feature in Puma campaigns, the first of which can be seen in Manchester Piccadilly over the next two weeks.
“I’m delighted to join the Puma brand,” he said. “So much of my footballing philosophy and understanding of the game was influenced by Johan Cruyff, who was sponsored by Puma, and I am proud to follow in his footsteps.
Guardiola modeled a range of Club and Puma lifestyle apparel at the iconic Victoria Baths.
Johan Adamsson, Director of Sports Marketing & Sports Licensing at Puma added: “We are delighted to partner with Pep. First as a player and now as a manager, he has demonstrated immense footballing intelligence and work ethic, combined with a relentless drive for improvement and learning.
“Pep’s principles and passion for the game are perfectly aligned with our vision for Puma Football.”
