Adidas Originals Manchester United 'Barcelona 99' Sneaker Released

Adidas Originals has revealed a new sneaker honoring Manchester United‘s historic Champions League win against FC Bayern München in 1999. The sneaker is named the Barcelona 99 as Manchester United triumphed in Barca’s Camp Nou stadium.

The Adidas Originals Manchester United 'Barcelona 99' sneaker features a clean design. The shoe combines a “Cloud White” upper with “Scarlet” detailing.

Several details have been applied for the Champions League triumph. A footbed image of the Manchester United badge is in the left shoe, while a Ole Gunnar Solksjær graphic that shows him celebrating his 93rd minute winning-goal against Bayern Munich on the right. A laser engraved Devil is on the heel of the right foot – an emblem which has been used by the club since the late ’60s

The special-edition Manchester United Barcelona ‘99 sneaker will be available from November 1 at few selected retailers for 90 GBP.
