Home Kit Launch - October 6 2019: We have Bolton Wanderers' 19-20 home strip news from Sky-Bet League One as Bolton Wanderers' new 2019-20 home kit was finally launched today. Replacing the temporary Hummel design presented at the start of the season, the new Bolton Wanderers home uniform was designed by the club in collaboration with Leeds-based Infinity Apparel.
Also today, Home Bargains was announced as the club's new main sponsor. The Liverpool-based company will make its debut with Bolton Wanderers in tonight's match against Blackpool.
The Bolton 2019-20 kits have been produced by the club in conjunction with Infinity Apparel. Bolton 2019-20 Home Kit
This is the new Bolton Wanderers home jersey.
The new Bolton Wanderers 2019-20 home jersey is predominantly white with navy raglan sleeves, an element likely inspired by the makeshift Hummel shirt, and red trim on the neck and cuffs.
A gradient print runs along the top of the sleeves of Bolton Wanderers' new home football shirt, while a more subtle graphic covers the front and back. Instead of a brand logo, "Established 1877" is embossed on the right chest of Bolton Wanderers' 2019-2020 home jersey to pay homage to the club adopting it current name 142 years ago.
Albeit not the best of Bolton's new 2019-2020 home jersey designs, it was created over just one month.
John Carden, Managing Director of Infinity Apparel, said: “The whole range from briefing to production has only taken four weeks to deliver which is unheard of in the football apparel industry.
Speaking about the new shirts, Bolton Wanderers CEO Emma Beaugeard added: “We are grateful for the commitment Infinity Apparel have shown in getting the shirts produced to a high standard in such a short space of time.

The new Bolton 2019-20 away shirt is all- hi-vis yellow with black applications and design details. It has a subtle graphic pattern on the front and a striking black Nike-like graphic design on the sleeves.
The away jersey will be debuted ahead in the away match at Bristol.

Good or Bad? Rexona Armpit Sponsorship on 2026 World Cup Referee Shirts
Update - Tuesday, June 23, 2026: Following our publication, Rexona contacted us to provide additional context on the activation.
According to Ben Curtis, Global Brand Vice President for Rexona at Unilever, the sponsorship is intended to highlight fourth officials, who "may not always be the focus of attention but are at the centre of some of football's most intense and anticipated moments," as part of Rexona's "It Won't Let You Down" campaign during the FIFA World Cup 2026. "They need to remain cool and calm under pressure - That's exactly why this partnership is such a natural fit for Rexona."
The 2026 World Cup referee shirts feature one of the most amusing and strategic sponsorship placements seen in football. Deodorant brand Rexona has their logo positioned directly under the armpits of the match officials' jerseys, creating a highly contextual advertising opportunity.
The Rexona logo remains largely hidden during regular play but becomes clearly visible whenever a referee raises their arms to signal a free kick, award a penalty, or issue a card. This placement perfectly matches the deodorant product being advertised, resulting in a memorable piece of marketing on the sport's biggest stage.
While this specific placement has caught the attention of fans during the 2026 tournament, it is not entirely unprecedented. A similar concept was previously executed in Brazil, where Avanço deodorant sponsored the armpits of Corinthians. However, Rexona's execution at a World Cup brings the clever concept to a massive global audience.
