Update: Twitter user @johnthfc17 has got his hands on the Spurs 20-21 home, away and third shirts. And while these are almost certainly fakes, they are mostly accurate to the actual designs both in terms of colors and designs.
All four of Tottenham Hotspur's 2020-21 kits have been leaked over the last few months.

The Nike Tottenham Hotspur 20-21 away football shirt is predominantly 'pro green' with 'barely volt' logos.
Tottenham Hotspur 20-21 Third Kit
Following purple (17-18), green (18-19) and blue (19-20), Tottenham Hotspur's new 2020-2021 third jersey is yellow. Just as expected, the logos on the Nike Tottenham Hotspur 2020-2021 third football shirt are dark blue ('binary blue').

The new Tottenham 2020-2021 fourth football shirt introduces a bold and eye-catching gradient design, closely inspired by the iconic Nike Air Max 95.
Tottenham's 20-21 home, away and third jerseys will be released in Summer 2020, starting with the home and away in July. The fourth kit is likely to only be released towards the end of the year.
