Vissel Kobe's 2020 home football shirt is predominantly maroon with a bold design of white diamonds aligned in a checker pattern.
A simple v-collar is used and it's solid maroon as are the sleeves. The diamond pattern can also be seen on the back of the Asics Vissel Kobe 2020 home jersey, albeit in a much more subtle and reserved way.
