Adidas Introduces Giant 3 Stripes - Exact Dimensions Leaked

Update: We can leak the exact dimensions of the new big Adidas three stripes for the 2026 World Cup home. Leaked imagery shows the home kit stripes measuring 18mm, while the away version slims them down to 10mm - almost double the width for the new big 3 stripes.

Update: The big 3 stripes of the Adidas kits were introduced in November 2025. Now, an image of Messi and Son perfectly shows off the differences between the classic and new big 3 stripes. In our opinion, the classic 3 stripes look better in real life from near (the giant ones look unfit, TOO BIG), while there is not that big a difference on television.

With the 2026 World Cup, Adidas is changing their classic 3 stripes branding on the sleeves.

Adidas Clubs Home Kits to Feature Giant Three Stripes From 2026

All Adidas kits with the current performance feature giant, oversized Three Stripes on the shoulders. The giant Three Stripes template made its official debut on the home kits for the 2026 World Cup, and is being rolled out for club teams with the 2026-2027 releases.

The new big 3 stripes design marks a striking shift away from the classic stripes used since the first product with those came out in 1967 - the Beckenbauer tracksuit.

However, there still will be Adidas kits with the traditional 3 stripes - all the jerseys that feature the Trefoil logo have the classic regular 3 stripes.
