Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv unveiled a special retro shirt ahead of the Tel Aviv derby. For the third season in a row, Maccabi Tel Aviv will wear a retro the new Maccabi Tel Aviv 1976-1977 Retro strip in the Tel Aviv derby when they face Hapoel later today.

This is the new Maccabi Tel Aviv Retro shirt.
Maccabi Tel Aviv's new Retro jersey takes its inspiration from the Maccabi Tel Aviv's new 1976-1977 Retro shirt worn during the 1976-77 season when the club won the league and cup double, the fifth in the clubs history.
The long sleeved the new Maccabi Tel Aviv 1976-77 Retro shirt is predominantly yellow with blue cuffs and a blue retro collar. On the left breast is the clubs old Star of David logo, adding to the retro look.
Interestingly the new Maccabi Tel Aviv Retro football shirt and marketing material, which both was made in-house, is remarkably similar to the special Brazil shirt released just last year.
