New Atlético Goianiense Logo Revealed - Club to Have Three Different Official Logos
Brazilian club Atlético Goianiense just unveiled a brand-new emblem, which curiously will not replace any of the two logos that are currently in use by the club but instead be used in addition to the existing designs.

It's a bit of a strange decision and we are curious to see how this pans out. Brazilian fans are known to be very protective of their clubs' traditions and this decision might be a ploy to ease the transition to a new emblem.
The initials ACG sit on the inside and follow the outer shape of the new Atlético-GO logo. The three stars from the current logo are retained and can be seen above the half-red, half-black shape.
The redesign of the Atlético Goianiense logo was undertaken by the FUTBOX agency.
