Arsenal will wear their 2020-21 Adidas home kit in the 2020 FA Cup final. Arsenal's kit comes with several custom elements for the club's biggest match this year so far.
In the center between the Adidas logo and the Arsenal crest is a special white FA Cup final "badge" - it comes with the lettering "Heads Up FA Cup Final", an illustration of the trophy and and the lettering "WEMBLEY 2020".
On the back under the unique Arsenal Cup kit font are three logos - "Black Lives Matter", "NHS" and "Heads Up". Heads Up is a campaign supported by the FA designated to change the conversation on mental health.
The special FA Cup final edition of the Arsenal 20-21 home kit is not available to buy.
Chelsea has not yet shown off their 2020 FA Cup final shirt.

This incident highlights the potential pitfalls of implementing AI customer service without strict guardrails.
