Now Swedish journalist Alexandra Jonson (@AlexandraJonson) has made us aware of a fantastic tradition of Spanish team SD Huesca - their captain is wearing an one-of-a-kind armband in each away match.
SD Huesca Links To Away Team With Unique Captain Armband In Away Matches
SD Huesca's captain Jorge Pulido changed his captain armband for every of their 21 away matches in Segunda Division, the Spanish second division. When SD Huesca plays away from their stadium, El Alcoraz, the Huesca team winks at the rival, wearing some element with which the opposing team identifies.
In example, on their visit to La Rosaleda, he exhibited some fish scales. Of anchovy, specifically, because that is what the Malaga team is called.
