Last By Puma? Newcastle United 20-21 Home Kit Released
The new NUFC home shirt was officially unveiled by the Premier League club earlier today. The kit will be worn for the first time in the season finale against Liverpool on Sunday and will be available for supporters to purchase on the same day.
NUFC's new 2020-2021 home kit is likely the last made by Puma - Puma reportedly signed a short-term extension to produce Newcastle United the Newcastle 20-21 home kit for one last season.
NUFC 2020-2021 Home Shirt
This is the Newcastle United 2020-2021 home shirt, made by Puma.
The Puma Newcastle United 2020-2021 home football shirt has a very basic design with the cub's famous black and white stripes. The sleeves are mainly black.
The Puma Newcastle United F.C. 2020-21 home shirt comes with white Puma logos on the right chest / sleeves and the NUFC crest on the left.
Black shorts and hooped socks complete the kit.
The new Newcastle United F.C. 20-21 home kit will be available to buy from Sunday, July 26, for £65.
Newcastle United forward and Puma athlete Allan Saint-Maximin said: "As the supporters will know, me and my kids enjoyed wearing last season's kit a lot but the new shirt looks great and I am looking forward to wearing it for the very first time on Sunday. I hope supporters will enjoy it too and we can be together again in black and white soon."

Morecambe 26-27 Home & Away Kits Released
Morecambe FC have officially launched their new 26-27 home and away kits, produced by Surridge Sports. The club received massive backlash for posting AI images for the launch, and later posted a clearer CAD of the home shirt.
The home shirt features the club's traditional red color palette with black detailing, while the away kit introduces a bold combination of purple and yellow. Both designs incorporate modern elements to provide a fresh look for the upcoming National League North campaign.
The new Surridge Sports Morecambe 2026-27 jerseys are currently available for pre-order through the club's official online store.
Puma Kits Keep Ripping at the 2026 World Cup
Puma is facing significant criticism at the 2026 World Cup as multiple national team jerseys have easily ripped during matches.
Incidents involving players from Czechia, Morocco, Egypt, and Paraguay have highlighted an ongoing durability issue with the brand's latest kits - every torn shirt in the tournament so far belongs to a Puma-sponsored team.
The Puma 2026 World Cup kits incorporate the latest version of PUMA's ULTRAWEAVE “Thermoadapt” technology, which obviously is not tear-resistant enough.
The recurring wardrobe malfunctions have resulted in terrible PR for the German sportswear manufacturer and even prompted the viral resurgence of Xherdan Shaqiri's infamous quote from Euro 2016, where he joked that he hopes Puma does not produce condoms.
