Werder Bremen 20-21 City Kit Released

Werder Bremen managed to escape relegation by the tighest of margins, overcoming Heidenheim on away goals after two draws.

For the second match, which ended 2-2 earlier today, the Bundesliga club debuted their brand new 'city' jersey, which was produced by kit supplier Umbro and will function as one of the two alternatives (away, third) next season.

The Umbro Werder Bremen 20-21 alternative football shirt introduces a unique design: grey and black, it features images of the club's home stadium, Westerstadion, aligned to match the shapes of the flag of Bremen.

The Umbro logo is white while there is red piping on the collar and cuffs. The red in particular pays homage to the city of Bremen and its red and white flag, which can also be seen as an application on the upper back just below the collar.

Black shorts and black socks round off the look of the new Werder Bremen 20-21 city strip by Umbro.
