The Kappa Real Betis 20-21 third football shirt introduces a bold design in two shades of grey, separated by a diagonal green line that depicts the Guadalquivir river, which is also known as Baetis or Betis and which the club is named after.
'BAETIS' is printed on the upper back of the Kappa Real Betis 20-21 third shirt just below the collar, in green, which is the color used for most details and logos. Just the Betway sponsor and the '#welcometoSeville' text on the lower back are black.

This marks the second time the club's visual identity has been updated since Ben Harburg's acquisition of the team.
