Are The Adidas Humanrace Kits (Strictly) Limited?
Last week, Adidas released special kits for their five top football clubs; Arsenal, FC Bayern Munich, Juventus, Manchester United, and Real Madrid. They were very popular and are already retailing at incredible prices at some platforms - will those kits become rare collector's items? Or are they not even limited at all...?
Adidas Humanrace Football Kits - How Limited Are They?
The Adidas Humanrace kits are special release for five of the world's biggest teams that the world has not seen before in similar. However, Adidas decided to make them not strictly limited at all, in contrast to previous releases.
Adidas did likely not make them limited at all
What makes it certain that thousands of kits are available is that all the Adidas Humanrace kits are still available to purchase on Adidas' official website. The only kit sold out is Juventus' one on the official website.
However, what is pretty nasty by Adidas is that they added a countdown to their website when adding one of the products to cart, suggesting that it could be gone otherwise.
Adidas did not say that the jerseys are limited in quantity at all
For Adidas' defense - they did not say that the jerseys are limited in quantity at all.
The Adidas Humanrace jerseys are nevertheless also available via "trading platform" StockX for prices well above the recommended retail price.
All in all, it seems like that they are enough shirts available to meet the demand, even though Adidas and clubs try to pretend something else. This means that the Adidas Humanrace Arsenal, FC Bayern Munich, Juventus, Manchester United, and Real Madrid jerseys won't get rare collector's items in the near future...
