Won't Be Roma Certainly - One Socios Team To Let Fans Pick 2021 Home and Away Kits Designs
A esport or football team will let their fans choose the design of their 2021 home and away kits, a Tweet of cryptocurrency fans app 'Socios' suggests.
Socios jersey sponsorship for esports team OG
The cryptocurrency firm Socios is the first “tokenized football fan voting platform.” Founded around 2018, Socios is the "Fan Token partner of the world's biggest sports & esports organizations". They have also partnered up with football teams such Barcelona, Roma, Juventus and PSG.
Socios Partner Team To Let Fans Pick Up 2021 Home and Away Kit Designs
Socios announced on Twitter that "In 2021, a Socios team will allow Fan Token holders to pick the design of the home AND away kits". Nothing more was revealed yet.
The superfan can vote on club-specific decisions
As described on Socios' website, one of the main features of the app is that it allows fans to "get you closer to the team you love by allowing you – the superfan – to vote on club-specific decisions".
A first-of-its-kind mobile app for football fans, Socios.com gets you closer to the team you love by allowing you – the superfan – to vote on club-specific decisions. Maybe your team wants to change their crest; maybe they want to check opinion on a kit design; or maybe they want to know who fans would like to meet at a club event – it’s you they will ask, and it’s you they will listen to. It’s like having a direct line to your club’s front office in your pocket.
So far, Socios just said that members can choose the 2021 home and away kits. This makes it rather unlikely that it will be European football club as those reveal new kits not for a year (2021) but for a season (2021-22).
This is interesting... Could it be #ASRoma? A good chance they won't have a new kit supplier lined up in time for the new season, so an ideal opportunity.

If you need help with the designs, I could get the band back together... https://t.co/pnZnN0RDqj @ASRomaEN https://t.co/2VUyx4nqHg
AS Roma fan Forza27 suggested that it could be AS Roma who will allow Socios fans to vote on the kits as they are without a supplier from 2021-2022 currently, but we don't think that is likely.
We think it is one of the esports teams who will let fans pick the design of their jersey
All in all, we think that chances that a big football team will allow Socios Fan Token to pick the home and away kits for them are rather low. We think it is most likely to be one of the e-sports teams.

Cittadella 26-27 Third Kit Released
Italian side AS Cittadella and technical sponsor Erreà have officially unveiled the club's new third kit for the 2026-27 campaign. Conceived by Erreà Creative Lab, the strip draws its inspiration directly from the iconic medieval defensive walls that surround the historic city.
The Erreà AS Cittadella 26-27 third shirt combines a predominantly black base with an irregular, lived-in texture that mimics the surface of ancient stone. A striking mix of purple, aqua green, and granata accents enlivens the textured graphic across the front, back, and sleeves. The club's crest is rendered in vibrant aqua green embroidery on the chest, complemented by matching Erreà branding and sponsor detailing, while the club's founding year, 1973, is stitched onto the upper back.
Completing the outfield range alongside the previously launched home and away jerseys, the new third kit is now available through the club's and Erreà's official channels.
Isco Makes Champions League History With Fifth Different Spanish Club
Real Betis captain Isco made European history during his side's return to the UEFA Champions League, inspiring Los Verdiblancos to an exciting 3-2 away victory against Lille. By taking the pitch in Betis' opening fixture, the veteran playmaker became the first footballer in history to appear in the Champions League with five different Spanish clubs, having previously featured in the competition for Valencia, Málaga, Real Madrid, and Sevilla.
Beyond his unique journey across Spanish football, Isco enters the 26-27 campaign holding an unmatched distinction: no active player in this season's competition has won more Champions League titles. The midfielder lifted Europe's most coveted trophy five times during his spell with Real Madrid, triumphing in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2022. Betis qualified for the Champions League for the first time in 21 years, and their talisman marked the milestone occasion in style by registering an assist in France to cement his enduring European pedigree.
Inter Milan Wears Sponsorless Kit Against Real Madrid Due to Spanish Gambling Ban
Inter Milan took to the pitch at the Santiago Bernabéu for their UEFA Champions League clash against Real Madrid wearing a completely clean, sponsorless version of their 26-27 home shirt. The usual Betsson.sport logo was entirely missing from the chest, providing fans with a rare and striking old-school look for the Nerazzurri's iconic black and blue stripes.
The temporary alteration was made to comply with Spain's strict advertising laws. Under Royal Decree 958/2020, Spain prohibits gambling and betting operators from featuring on sports jerseys or engaging in promotional partnerships with sports teams. While Betsson operates in Italy under the Betsson.sport label as an infotainment platform to navigate the Italian Dignity Decree, Spanish regulatory authorities enforce a much broader interpretation that disallows the brand entirely. Under UEFA equipment regulations, visiting clubs are required to follow host country laws.
Because of the regulation, Inter prepared a sponsor-free run of shirts specifically for their trip to Madrid, leaving only the Nike Swoosh, club crest, and competition sleeve patches in place. The Betsson.sport branding will return to Inter's kits for their upcoming domestic and European matches where local laws permit it.
Limited to 350 Pieces: Seongnam FC 2026 Third Kit Released
Seongnam FC and kit supplier Umbro have officially launched the club's 2026 third kit. Celebrating an unbroken 11-year partnership between the K League 2 side and the British brand under the concept "11 Years Together, Built for Today", the jersey arrives as an exclusive collector's release strictly limited to 350 numbered units.
The Seongnam FC 2026 third shirt introduces a refined champagne gold and cream base paired with black accents. A classic black ringer collar and matching cuffs frame the silhouette, complemented by black side flanks. Across the body, the fabric incorporates a subtle tonal jacquard pattern formed by repeating Umbro double diamonds in vertical stripes. A prominent condensed "SEONGNAM CITY" sponsor script sits across the center, accompanied by the Umbro logo and Seongnam's iconic magpie crest with surrounding stars. Alongside the cream outfield shirt, an equally striking magenta-pink goalkeeper version in the same template was also presented.
The special 11th-anniversary shirt follows the club's 2026 home and away strips, which were released earlier this year in February.
Persita Tangerang 26-27 Third Kit Released
Indonesian club Persita Tangerang has officially unveiled its new third kit for the 2026-27 season. Made in-house, the release follows the launch of their purple home and white away kits late last month, completing the Pendekar Cisadane's look for the new Super League campaign.
The Persita Tangerang 2026-27 third jersey introduces a clean look based around a deep forest green colorway. The front of the shirt features an intricate, tonal jacquard graphic pattern woven into the fabric, accented by contrasting white piping along the raglan sleeve seams and collar edge. A central stylized monogram crest sits front and center on the chest, positioned just above the Indomilk Moya sponsor wordmark finished in a muted sage tone.
Matching dark green shorts and socks complete the full uniform. The in-house third strip is already available through the club's official retail channels.
Special Virgil van Dijk x Patta Jersey Revealed
Amsterdam streetwear label Patta has teamed up with Netherlands captain Virgil van Dijk and Nike to unveil a vibrant, one-off football jersey for the Virgil's Legacy Trophy. The international under-13 tournament, founded by the Liverpool defender in collaboration with his formative club Willem II, brings together 16 elite youth academies from across Europe to compete in Tilburg.
The shirt draws deep inspiration from Van Dijk's Surinamese heritage, taking stylistic cues from traditional pangi cloth, a brightly patterned woven textile central to Maroon and Surinamese culture. The design ingeniously weaves together the primary colors of every participating club, including Liverpool, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, PSG, Ajax, and AC Milan, translating their identities into an eye-catching, blurred check motif across the entire shirt.
The reverse lists the complete roster of competing clubs under "The class of '26," complemented by a custom Patta x Nike co-branded jock tag on the lower hem.
The bespoke jersey has been created exclusively for the young players taking part in the tournament as a commemorative keepsake rather than receiving a general retail release.
