SSC Napoli could enter what would be a world's first in football - a kit deal with Emporio Armani brand EA7. This is reported by Napoli news source CalcioNapoli24.

EA7 has launched in 2012 as Emporio Armani's new sports and casual brand. It stands for everything sports and casual and among the ranges of tracksuits, jogging bottoms, and hooded jumper. They all carry the famous Armani logo and are definite sportswear.

Napoli's current Kappa deal expires after the current 2020-21 season, in June 2020. The Napoli Kappa deal is part of an agreement of the BasicNet group, which owns the Kappa brand.

Emporio Armani Brand EA7 To Make Napoli Kits In 2021-22 Season?

According to CalcioNapoli24, several brands have been in talks with Napoli about a kit deal. But recently there has been an almost decisive overtaking by a company in particular - EA7, the sportswear brand of Emporio Armani.

Napoli wants to sign a short-term agreement

The "negotiations are well underway between SSC Napoli and Emporio Armani regarding the new technical sponsor of the Azzurri". There have been several meetings between EA7 and Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis / the Napoli marketing team.

"A lot of drafts of the future jerseys were presented by EA7 in a meeting that took place in a meeting room of what can now be defined as the operational headquarters in Naples of the president".

The EA7 division of the Armani brand is dressing numerous Italian athletes including summer and winter Olympics, tennis players, ski championships, and more.

The idea of Napoli is to sign an agreement of a short duration so that it can further deepen the hypothesis of self-production of the game uniforms in the coming seasons.

Graphic designer Manuel Guardasole created a concept EA7 SSC Napoli kit for CalcioNapoli24, based on other existing EA7 football products.

Nottingham Forest Announce Marex Front-of-Shirt Sponsorship Deal

Nottingham Forest have officially announced a multi-year Principal Partnership with global financial services platform Marex. Starting with the 26-27 season, Marex will serve as the club's new front-of-shirt sponsor, replacing gambling brand Bally's. The agreement is reported to be worth approximately £25 million over a three-year period.

The clean Marex wordmark and arrow logo will be featured across the front of the Nottingham Forest men's and women's first-team playing and replica kits, as well as the club's netball team dresses. In addition to primary kit placement, Marex will become Forest's official Global Markets Partner and exclusive provider of foreign exchange and financial services.

The announcement resolves Forest's search for a principal partner just ahead of the new Premier League campaign, following a pre-season without a front-of-shirt sponsor. The transition also aligns with the Premier League's upcoming voluntary ban on gambling companies occupying front-of-shirt sponsorship inventory.
