Nike again is the dominant kit maker in the German Bundesliga, now supplying almost half of the teams (7 of 18) - Freiburg joined the Swoosh from Hummel, Bochum was promoted.
Four German brands make the kits for 8 Bundesliga teams in total - Puma (3 teams), Adidas (2), Jako (2), and Uhlsport (1),.
Both Umbro teams were relegated - and they were big ones
The big loser of the 2021-22 Bundesliga kit battle is definitely Umbro - they lost both of their teams, Werder Bremen and Schalke.
Just one 1. Bundesliga team changed kit suppliers ahead of the 21-22 season - Freiburg switched from Hummel to Nike.
In total, there are 8 different brands making the kits for the 18 clubs.
