Mainly navy , the Umbro Cape Town City 2021-22 home shirt features a wavy graphic pattern on the front panel that combines several shades of blue. The club's trademark yellow chest band is also present.

Mainly white, the Umbro Cape Town City 2021-22 away jersey combines a clean front panel with a black / white graphic pattern on the right sleeve.

The left sleeve features a more flamboyant graphic pattern depicting flamingoes and a lake. The sponsor logos and V-neck are black, including a monochrome black rendition of the club's crest on the left chest.
