Newcastle United will certainly have a new shirt sponsor from 2022, rumors suggest.
Newcastle United were taken over by a Saudi Arabia-led consortium in early October 2021. It ended 14-year ownership by British retail tycoon Mike Ashley.

As reported by @MagpieMediaa, the consortium are currently exploring options to buy out the remainder of the Fun88 shirt sponsorship. This is due to betting bans around Saudi Arabia meaning shirts will be produced with no sponsor for fans in Saudi Arabia
In 2020, Fun 88 extended its contract with Newcastle in a "long-term" agreement. Fun88 manages a Chinese online gaming operator. They have been on the front of Newcastle's kits since 2017.

Rumors suggest that Saudia, formerly known as Saudi Arabian Airlines, could become Newcastle United's new sponsor.
