Adidas 2022 World Cup Kits Extremely Well Kept Secret
While we usually would have already seen the release of the first Adidas 2022 World Cup jerseys, this year it is very different. Nothing about the Adidas 2022 World Cup jerseys is known so far, with the only exception being Mexico.
In stark contrast to Adidas, much information about Nike's kits for the 2022 World Cup has been leaked, as well as many collection items such as training and anthem jackets. For Puma, we already know some details as well as the release dates of their kits.
Germany's 2018 World Cup kit was leaked 11 months ahead of the kick-off
In fact, we do not even know the launch dates but expect them to be similar to Puma (early Summer 2022 for home and Fall 2022 for away).
Four years ago, the first Adidas World Cup kit design to be leaked was Germany. The Germany Russia 2018 World Cup home jersey was leaked five months ahead of the launch, in July 2017 - 11 months ahead of the start of the tournament. We are still 12 months away from the 2022 World Cup, so if a leak would happen this year it would be actually not later than before.

Puma Ultraweave Kits Continue to Tear at 2026 World Cup

With the knockout stages underway, the durability of the Puma kits remains a concern. Several Puma-sponsored nations are still competing in the tournament, including Austria, Ivory Coast, the Netherlands, Portugal, Senegal, and Switzerland.
