We have kit news from the MLS, as several days ago, Sporting Kansas City announced their new shirt sponsor.

Last Thursday, Sporting Kansas City reveiled their new shirt sponsor to be Compass Minerals, a mining company. The deal is longterm, running until the end of the 2028 season.

A leading salt producer in North America, Compass Minerals are replacing Victory Project, who only sponsored KC's jerseys for one season.
Compass Minerals were already featured on Sporting KC's shirts for the past two seasons, in the form of a sleeve sponsorship. Since 2018, they have also been the club's "official plant nutrition and salt provider".
The salt is used during winter for the team's parking lots for example.

Japanese J-League side Shonan Bellmare has officially unveiled a special 15th Season Commemorative kit produced by Penalty. This vibrant new release marks a significant milestone in the partnership between the club and the Brazilian sportswear brand, celebrating a decade and a half of continuous collaboration.
Most notably, the club has confirmed that this commemorative shirt will serve as the final kit produced by Penalty for Shonan Bellmare, bringing an end to one of the most recognizable and long-running technical sponsorships in modern Japanese domestic football.
The Shonan Bellmare 15th Season Commemorative shirt features a mashup design, merging the look of the past 15 kits in one shirt. The result is a highly complex and striking graphic design set against the team's traditional bright lime green base.

Konyaspor 26-27 Special Kit - Vote Winner Announced
Update - Sunday, May 17, 2026: The checkered design has won Konyaspor's 26-27 special kit vote, it was announced by the club.
Turkish Super Lig side Konyaspor has officially handed the design reins to its supporters by launching a fan vote to select the club's 2026-27 alternative kit, with three bespoke Hummel designs currently up for debate.
The "Anatolian Eagles" are offering a diverse menu of choices: a vibrant green-and-white checkered pattern that evokes a classic retro feel, a clean half-and-half vertical split with intricate chevron detailing on the sleeves, and a minimalist white base featuring a sharp green horizontal band across the chest.
In a nod to the club's heritage, the poll is scheduled to close this Friday, May 15 at exactly 19:22 - a tribute to the club’s founding year.
