Orlando Pride 2022 Away Kit Released

Orlando Pride's new 2022 Away kit was released yesterday. It is made by Nike and will be worn in the next NWSL season.

The relevance of the space theme is that Orlando is the home of the Kennedy Space Center.

This is the new Nike Orlando Pride Away football shirt for 2022.

The Nike Orlando Pride 2022 "Luna" shirt will serve as the club's away shirt and is inspired by NASA’s Artemis Program, a project that aims to land the first woman and person of color on the moon. The jersey has a silvery grey colour with a moon graphic partially covering the torso, with the orbital rings of the solar system also featured in "moon grey". The sleeves, back and round neck colour are also the same shade of moon grey.

The the Nike Orlando Pride 2022 away jersey features an image of Artemis, the goddess of the moon in Greek mythology, just above the hemline. The player name and number printing on the back has a metallic sheen inspired by rocket aluminium and thermal mylar. The inside of the collar has an inscription reading "To the Moon".
