The 2021-2022 season is over in all of Europe's big leagues. The 2022-23 season will not start before the first week of August 2022 but many brands already released next season's Official Match Balls (OMBs). We take a look at those of the biggest European leagues.

For the 2022-23 season, two leagues get a new ball supplier - Ligue 1 (Uhlsport ➡️ Kipsta [Decathlon]) and Serie A (Nike ➡️ Puma).

Kipsta 22-23 Ligue 1 Ball
Kipsta's first Ligue 1 ball is predominantly white with black, blue and red accents, marking the first time in history that a French brand has provided the match ball to Ligue 1. The panels have an irregular shape and are thermally bonded. The ball carries Kipsta's name, the Ligue 1 logo and the names of all 19 clubs to have won the French title.

Puma Orbita Serie A 22-23 Ball
The first-ever Puma Orbita football combines a white base color with "Blue Glimmer" and "Sunset Glow". Blue Glimmer is similar to the color of the Serie A logo, while Sunset Glow is a deep pink. Puma subtly also include the tricolor of the Italian flag on the upper.

The balls of the German Bundesliga, France's Ligue 1 and Spain's La Liga are already available to buy. They retail at prices between 80 Euro (Decathlon Ligue 1) and 150 Euro (Derbystar Bundesliga).
