All-New Bradford City Logo Released
English League Two club Bradford City AFC today revealed an all-new club crest. It is part of a brand-new Bradford City visual identity, set to be used from the 2023-24 season.
Bradford celebrate their 120-year anniversary in 2023
The reveal of the new Bradford City crest is following the Your City, Your Say project. In the project, the club has been consulting consultations with supporters over the past 12 months about the club’s brand, and how they would like to see it re-imagined for the future.
2023 marks the 120-year anniversary of Bradford City, which are also known as Bantams.
Bradford City 2023 Logo
The new Bradford City 2023 logo is totally different from the previous crest. Instead of an ornate design, it has a clean, more dominant look.
The new Bradford City AFC 2023 logo is Claret and Amber. The club's shield "has been geometrically refined and now houses the core parts of the club’s identity".
Bradford City's 2023 crest only features two elements - the acronyms ‘BCAFC’, as well as the new bantam, which stands center stage.
A star to commemorate the 1911 FA Cup triumph is on the top.
The new design is set to become the identity of Bradford City AFC from 1st July 2023, ahead of the club’s 120th anniversary. It will feature on the Bradford City 2023-2024 kits for the first time.
Luke Flacks, Director of Brand, Marketing, and Media, added: “From the 2021 survey and the extensive listening sessions we held with supporters, we could immediately see there was an appetite for this evolution. While some supporters were understandably nervous about the project, we wanted to reassure them the fundamentals of our football club will never change, and that we were determined to use our past as inspiration for our future identity.
“There are a lot of intentional similarities between the club’s past identities and this new design. Through supporter feedback over the past 12 months, we could see the common denominators were the importance of our bantam, our distinctive shield shape and our unique Claret and Amber colors - all of which take pride of place in the new design.

Arsenal talisman Bukayo Saka and Real Madrid signing Yan Diomande have both taken to the pitch wearing all-white New Balance Furon V9 boots at the start of the 26-27 campaign. Thanks to @volkyfootballboots.v2 for spotting.
As two of the primary headline athletes for New Balance's flagship speed silo, their synchronized switch away from standard on-pitch colorways to a whiteout look points toward an upcoming limited-edition pack or special release from the American brand in the near future.
It’s normal that brands hide their new flagship-shoes with a whiteout colorway until their release takes place officially, so competitors can’t already get an early glimpse into their newest design.
