The official Adidas 2022 World Cup trophies for the Best Player (Lionel Messi), Best Goalscorer (Kylian Mbappe) & Best Goalkeeper (Emiliano Martinez) have been awarded.
With the trophies sponsored by Adidas, it was particularly odd to see Nike athlete Kylian Mbappe getting a golden Adidas X Speedportal boot for the Best Goalscorer trophy. We wonder what he might do with it... it could be best to auction it off for a good case.
There was also a trophy for the Best Young player, Enzo Fernandez, but this was not sponsored by Adidas, oddly.
