The RIORS PSIS Semarang 2022-2023 third shirt has an amazing graphic design of the Semarang city's legendary and iconic mythology creature, 'Warak Ngendog', which is a Buraq-like animal with a dragon head and goat's legs. The shirt also blends four colors, including the club's main blue and white representing the diversity of the city.

The club's crest is placed on the left, while the RIORS logo is on the right side. The shirt itself has a regular fit, adding the Drynier technology along with UV protection and anti-bacterial fabric.
