Real Madrid are making a slight change on their jersey in the club’s midweek La Liga encounter against Elche this Wednesday. Los Blancos are set to wear the FIFA 2022 Club World Cup winner gold badge on their jersey, following the club's success in winning the trophy this past weekend.

Madrid Have Worn The Gold Badge Jersey During CWC Celebration
The jersey that Los Blancos’ players will be wearing is their regular home jersey just with the additional badge on the right side. However, they have actually worn the shirt with that badge during their winner celebration on the weekend.
They didn't really wear the gold badge shirt during the trophy presentation but once they finish lifting the cup and celebrating their victory on the pitch.

The Adidas Real Madrid 2023 special Club World Cup football shirt is the same as the regular 22-23 home shirt with two additions - it comes with the gold FIFA 2022 Club World Cup badge and a unique number 8 on the back.

Madrid to Wear the Club World Cup Badge Again Since 2019
Nevertheless, the match against Elche will be the first time that Los Blancos’ players are wearing that gold patch in an official match since 2019, as that year Liverpool won the tournament. Previously, Madrid hold the record of wearing the Club World Cup badge for 1,098 days as they won it three years in a row, in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Madrid won't be wearing the CWC badge jersey for a one-off game against Elche but it will be until the next year's edition of that FIFA competition.
Carlo Ancelotti’s won their eighth Club World Cup title after beating Al-Hilal 5-3 in the final, held at Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Morocco. They will continue their celebration this Wednesday as they return to La Liga action against Elche at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Aside from wearing the new shirt with the badge, Los Blancos will also present the CWC trophy that they just won in front of their home crowd. Madrid will certainly hope that they can also end that midweek league game with a victory.

Asteras Tripolis 26-27 Kits Released
Greek Super League club Asteras Tripolis (officially known as Asteras AKTOR for sponsorship reasons) has unveiled its new 26-27 home and away kits. The new strips are manufactured by Nike in a continued partnership with Intersport.
The Nike Asteras Tripolis 26-27 kits are based on Nike teamwear templates. The home kit is yellow and blue based on the Precision VII model, while the away kit is navy blue with thin yellow/gray stripes, based on Nike's custom mid-tier model.
In addition to the standard home and away options, the club has announced that a special third kit for the 26-27 season will follow shortly. This upcoming third jersey is designed to highlight Asteras Tripolis's long-standing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and is expected to be officially revealed in the coming days.
