In a move much appraised by fans, Brazilian club Bragantino, their kit supplier New Balance and their owner Red Bull bring back the design of the club's trademark 1990s shirt, known as the "Carijó".
After being taken over by Red Bull, Bragantino changed their colors and crest, similar to other teams owned by the energy drink company. The new move gives the club and fans back at least parts of their history.
This Red Bull Bragantino third shirt could be the last kit designed by New Balance for RB Bragantino. The supplier's new agreement with São Paulo FC provides for exclusivity, which means that Red Bull Bragantino are looking for a new sporting equipment partner and will wear the brand until the middle of next year.
Red Bull Bragantino 23-24 Third Kit
This is the Red Bull Bragantino 2023-24 third football shirt, made by New Balance.
The New Balance RB Bragantino 23-24 third shirt is predominantly black, with a famous gradient checkered pattern starting from the chest and becoming more apparent towards the hem.
The collar of the New Balance RB Bragantino 2023-24 third jersey features New Balance's standard design for the season, with the top and neck half red, the same color as the serration on the left side. New Balance prints its NB logo in red on the right side of the chest, while the Red Bull Bragantino badge is placed on the left side, in its current standard version.
Leandro Moraes, brand director at New Balance, said, "One of New Balance's objectives is to tell good stories within all the territories in which it is present, and being able to carry out this reinterpretation of a shirt as iconic as the Carijó is in line with what we think. We know the enormous passion and affection that Red Bull Bragantino fans have for this club icon, so for the brand this represented a challenge that involved a lot of emotion, longing and nostalgia".
André Rocha, executive director of Red Bull Bragantino, explained, "Rescuing the Carijó shirt is a special gift that we give to Massa Bruta fans in this great moment that the club is experiencing in Brazilian football. This uniform is part of our history and represents our roots in the best possible way, as well as being one of the greatest symbols of the city of Bragança Paulista. This uniform connects the past with the present, and we are sure that it will also bring us glory in the future".

FC Noah will debut the Adidas 26-27 home kit on July 23, 2026, when they face Moldovan side Zimbru in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League.
