The Puma Cerro Porteño 1998 away retro jersey is predominantly white with a dark red honeycomb pattern on the sleeves. The front of the shirt has a huge Cerro Porteño crest and a huge grey Puma logo as the highlight. The collar is blue.

Between the two honeycomb red areas on the sleeve is a large white stripe with the Puma logo near the cuff.
